This service is offered for customers that need highly accurate ground parts. We have a choice of manual or CNC grinders and a metrology laboratory on site to ensure accurate manufacture.

Yes, we can dress forms on to our grinding wheels that involve radii or a combination of radii and plain diameters.
Can you supply certification for my parts?
Yes, we supply a COC at no additional cost and offer NATA calibration as an optional extra.
Can you manufacture accurate shafts in high volume?
Yes, we can turn, heat treat and grind to very tight tolerances in high volumes.
