S.G. Prittie manufactures precision bushes to suit your application, our specialty is working with very tight tolerances. We can manufacture low volume as well as high volume batches. We offer two main methods to produce very accurate bores, honing and CNC boring. Our GN4 CNC lathe is specifically set up for extremely accurate boring with closed loop gauging and automated loading. Typical applications are scientific and medical instruments that need high precision parts.

Customisation is offered on most gauges. We can add a new feature to a standard gauge, manufacture a revised design based on a standard gauge, or design a new gauge to suit your application.
